Charms and beads ship from our India factory, and cords are shipped separately from our thread center.
Yes — we ship to most countries around the world. (If there are any regional exceptions, they will appear at checkout.)
Orders & Catalog
Yes — you can order materials in larger quantities, ideal for creators and small businesses.
Yes — but if your order includes different product types (e.g., cords + charms), they may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking.
We accept standard online payment options at checkout (credit/debit cards, PayPal where available depending on region).
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Shipping for returns is paid by the customer.
Contact us within the return window — we’ll help arrange a replacement or refund.
Exchanges are usually processed the same way as returns — return the original and place a new order.
